Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee of 100% of the cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.
